Dine Out Vancouver
- December 14, 2023
Vancouver is a food lover's dream, packed to the brim with incredible chefs, fresh ingredients sourced from the land and sea, and astoundingly refined breweries, distilleries, and wineries within a short distance. If you want to experience the best there is of dining, you should plan a trip to Vancouver, the official food lover's destination. The city's true foodie colours shine in January when Vancouver’s premier culinary festival, Dine Out Vancouver, kicks off.
January 17 - February 4, 2024
Dining out is expensive. Even the most ardent, well-to-do foodies can only afford to experience a truly sumptuous meal once or twice on a trip. Dine Out Vancouver was born from a daring idea: what if Vancouver’s chefs and restaurants gathered together to offer a prix fixe meal for half a month, they then put their best culinary foot forward with a planned three-course menu that they can offer at a lower cost? The result is hundreds of restaurants, bars, and cafes throughout the city offering their most amazing meals for $15, $25, $35 and $45 (depending on the venue). It is possible to experience the culinary best of the city at a fraction of the cost!
The list of participating eateries hasn’t been released yet, but here are some of the most exciting restaurants in town to keep an eye on:
Forage: Chef Welbert Choi offers twists on classic European fare to showcase the diversity of locally sourced meat and produce.
Kamei Royale: is a Vancouver classic, pioneering innovative sushi creations and making rolls that are served worldwide.
Chambar: offers fresh seafood and tapas and is one of Vancouver’s favourite spots for a cocktail and delicious share plates.
Book a room at Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport during Dine Out Vancouver between January 17 and February 4! After a hearty meal, lounge in nicely furnished accommodations with complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV, plush bedding, and much more!
